Local Pickup
SOHO Coffee Roasters pickup times are on weekdays between 8am and 5pm. We will inform you when your order is ready to be collected through the contact method disclosed by you during the ordering process.
All domestic machines ordered on our website are pick up only at this time. Please call us if you'd like to arrange for a delivery, as shipping rates and times will vary.
Please note that we are closed during the Christmas holidays.
Delivery Times
Orders will typically be collected between 1-3 business days after ordering, however we will contact you through your provided contact information if something is currently on unavailable or on backorder. We can provide you with a tracking number for your order on request.
Some items are taking a little longer than usual right now due to high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions.
Under normal circumstances, delivery times are as follows:
- South Australia deliveries: 2–5 business days
- Interstate deliveries: 3–6 business days
Some rural areas may add additional wait times which are at the discretion of the courier company.

We currently have flat shipping rates Australia wide.
International Delivery
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international delivery.
