About the Producer
Espigão Farm is a family-run coffee farm in Brazil’s Cerrado Mineiro region, led by producer Gil Cesar de Melo. Coffee growing has been passed down through four generations of the family, with Gil’s sons Edu and Hugo now bringing new ideas and innovation while continuing the family’s deep connection to the land. The farm places a strong emphasis on quality, environmental care and preserving its surrounding forest areas.
