About the Producer
Laklo coffee is produced by a community of 542 smallholder farmers in the mountainous Aileu region of Timor-Leste. With farms averaging just half a hectare, coffee is grown beneath the shade of casuarina trees across the steep, high-altitude landscape. Farmers carefully handpick ripe cherries before delivering them to a central mill in Gleno for processing, bringing together the work of many small family farms into a shared regional production.

Pours: 50g bloom, pour gently to 150g, pour agressively to 300g
